Motivation,we all have motivation... we use it everyday in our daily lives. What is motivation? Motivation is the reason for people actions, it flows under goals and willingness to do something. Motivation is to get started on something.
How can we stay motivated in all that we do? To stay motivated we have to have a steady mindset, a will ti do that thing that we are motivated to do, every morning we have our daily motivation, it can be music, it can be quotes or reminders, we have something to help us motivate us for the rest of the day. Motivation keeps ups moving to become successful. For example; our alarm is our motivation to wake up in the morning ad start our day. In conclusion, motivation comes from every which way and sometimes its hard to stay motivated without goals and willingness..... but in everything we do we must set a motivational signal. For example: reminder that will keep you on track, a quote that will and keep you motivated, stay focused while being motivated for higher success also.

What is Continuous Improvement and how does it work, Continuous improvement is the dedication to turn small things into a practice for success, doing it on a daily to improve a situation or to improve even yourself into a better person. Continuous improvement is all about the mindset you have to achieve the better. How do we set self improvement? We set self improvement by setting goals and achieving them, not only one goal but many goals kinda like a bucket list kind of thing.Make a big goal and leap towards achieving it in a little amount of time that will encourage you to make more. In this blog i'm just going to go over a few steps on how to Improve yourself.
When you are leading to improving yourself you should always aim towards using the same strategy, consistency is the key if you find something that works for you continue doing it.We often waste the resources and ideas at our fingertips because they don’t seem new and exciting.Progress often hides behind boring solutions and underused insights. You don’t need more information. You don’t need a better strategy. You just need to do more of what already works. Avoid tiny losses we all have suffered some type of lost in out life whether its in a sport, family or just in general.Improvement is not always about doing things right 24/7 its also about taking those losses and prevent them from happening again, its about doing fewer things wrong. For example: You do bad on a quiz at school and the unit test is two weeks from the quiz you aim to make things better by seeking extra help so when the unit test come around you do not make the same mistakes as you did before and now you are gradually improving for the better. It is often easier to improve your performance by cutting the downside rather than capturing the upside. Measuring backwards What is measuring backwards supposed to mean? Measuring backwards mean you make decisions based on what already happened and not what you want to happen. Which goes back to what i said earlier, preventing situations from happening again. For example; Going to the gym this week, you figured out that the workout routine you are doing is too easy and you aren't getting a workout out of it you can barely even see improvement, you say to yourself it takes time but you look at another female/male and you see there routine is working a lot for them and you can tell now its the time we measure backwards and say " time to step up the game with more exercises". This is what measuring backwards is, when you look back on previous mistakes and try to prevent them from happening again. Even though there wasn't a lot of points in this blog, i tried to make it fast and simple so you can get a better understanding to conclude this, Continuous improvement is something we all need. Not too old or too young to improve our lifestyle for the better. Goals vs Habits, we all have goals and habits and sometimes we cant achieve our goal because our habit comes in the way of that. We all have similar goals whether we are winners or loser we have the same goal and the same mindset, sometimes our goals are momentary changes.... they change us in the moment but they are not long term changes. Sometimes they restrict our happiness, for example: Homework, we all have homework and our goal is to complete it... does that make us happy? some of us enjoys doing homework.. others it restricts them for doing fun stuff or things they actually love doing. Goals are odd with a long term progress,My final point some of us are like yo-yo,we work hard for something and when we have reached that goal we stop working. Like a Yo Yo at first when you have a Yo Yo you try to figure out how to release it and get it to the top, that's the whole trick of it and when we figure out to do it there is really no more fun in the toy, what am i suppose to do next. In Conclusion,Goals can provide direction and even push you forward in the short-term, but eventually a well-designed system will always win. Having a system is what matters. Committing to the process is what makes the difference.
